TASK

TASK 1: Research

We were tasked to work with the business school of Taylors. The product we were responsible to work on is Lugmate. This is their concept deck:


For this task we did some research:

- Improvement

Target Audience

We targeted family-orientated travelers with young children and tech-savy consumers.

From the interviews conducted, it was noted that majority agreed most luggage are heavy and difficult to carry around. Less than half have security concerns. 33% think luggage's are hard to maneuver around larger crowds. 12% tend to misplace their luggage.

User Needs

- Auto follow feature

TASK 2: Ideate Solution

During this task our team came up with 3 deliverables:

- 3D product design
