REFLECTION
Throughout this module, I had the opportunity to explore creative freedom and challenge myself with various tasks, including designing a character with vormator chapes for a pokemon card, illustrating and animating an album cover for Frank Sinatra's "Fly me to the moon", and ultimately bringing Edgar Allan Poe's "The Tell-Tale Heart" to life as an animated comic strip.
The process involved careful selection of key elements of the song for task 2, and story elements for task 3. It required attention to detail and good story telling for both tasks. This was exciting to me as I could freely use my imagination to illustrate the various parts of the song and story.
This module has taught me how to be better versed with using Adobe Illustrator and the workflow required in illustrating and animating. With this knowledge, I hope to continue getting better in Illustrator and eventually have it be a key part in my design process.
